Perfect for when you just forgot about that birthday, anniversary or ???

Card is crafted from blue cardstock taken from university manual.  Background is apple tree taken from child's paper puzzle book accented with ladybug.  Sentiment "Sorry!" is taken from an incomplete set of playing cards.  Edges are crinkle cut.

Comes with ivory envelope (4 3/8" x 5 3/4").  Proudly handmade in Canada!
